Do my guests need an account?
No. Anyone with the invite link can RSVP with just a name and an email. They can make an account later to keep everything in one place.
How do I invite people?
Open your event and tap Share: copy the link, send it by text or email, or pick people from your past events.
How does the money part work?
Log what you paid in Plan, then Money, and pick who it's split between. Everyone sees what they owe and who to pay. Octoparty never touches the money: people settle up themselves and tap Mark sent.
Who can see the address?
Only who the host's reveal rule allows: after they're approved, on a set date, or when the host decides. Everyone else sees the area.
How do I stop texts or emails?
Reply STOP to any text, or open your profile's settings, then Notifications, to turn texts, email and push off.
How do I download or delete my data?
Settings, then Privacy: Download my data gives you one file of everything you've added; Delete account removes your name, photo and contact details.
Something's wrong at an event or with a person.
Use Report on the event or their profile. It goes to the review team, not the host.
